Have tried with no other programs running and still the same result - have tried on multiple PCs (both Windows 11 and Windows 10) and still does not work

I can dump commercial cartridges successfully

(1) Damper name (e.g. SFC Damper V3)
RetroDamper NGP
(2) Game name and model number (e.g., HVC-DK, alphanumeric on the sticker)
I am trying to burn my own homebrew MRROBOT. NGP (https://ahchay.com/NGPC/Projects/MRROBOT.ngp)

This ROM is confirmed working with other flash carts (have tried with both Flashmasta and RetroHQ)

But I have also tried commercial ROMs with the same issues.
(3) Does the cartridge start on a real game console? (Do/Don't)
Not applicable
(4) Could you suck out another cartridge? (Can/Can't)
Have had no success with any ROM
(5) PC environment (e.g., Windows 10, OS version)
Windows 11
(6) Client (enter the file name of the client you are using)
